Moberly- Returns a lot, coaching staff is apparently very excited, Think this is a program on rise
Hannibal- I have heard they have lost a few kids for off the field issues, don't know how true that is. They have the biggest numbers and are the most talented
Mexico- lost a ton and will have a very young line. They won't have the speed they usually have (will be short lived though)
Fulton- they will be better than the bottom 2, that's about it

I've still got Clark County, but wouldn't be shocked if Monroe City, Macon, or Palmyra squeeks in. If anybody goes unblemished, look out.

I'll be watching South Shelby as they progress through the season. They will be a load come playoff time if healthy enough. NEVER count out Centralia or Brookfield. One or both of them will shock somebody.
