My Doctors office called me today...it was strange.

I've had the same doctor for going on now maybe 30 years. I rarely see him maybe for a checkup here and there when I cannot get into the once a year clinic my work puts in for our yearly checkup. So today I when I get a call and they tell me it is my doctors office asking if I want to schedule a yearly checkup I am naturally worried this is a scam. So after I hung up I decided to call my doctors office directly and see if it was them, well sure enough it was them, and they had called me. I guess with covid -19 people just are not going to the doctor right now for anything, so they have resorted in reaching out to people to get them to come in for any reason. They assured me it was safe and they would do my physical, they pretty much had any appointment I wanted for the 4 days any time slot or anytime just wanted to know when I wanted to come in, it really felt like a sales pitch LOL come on down.

I only mention this because I was reading this story today. Makes you wonder, do we go to the doctor more than needed? I guess they needed us more than we actually needed them.

What is interesting I guess we are going to bail out the doctors and health care cost continue to rise.
