Going to be very interesting. Is he ready to take on the challenge of a pretty successful program that has a lot of eyes on it? I know a lot of people in the area are very high on him.

He's as good as any other hire, can't imagine this was a super highly sought after job despite Liberty's pedigree, and he inherits a lot of good talent. I'm pretty confident that community will support him, and as long as the infrastructure at Liberty is full invested in helping him develop in the role he can be EVERY BIT as good as his father. Not to say there won't be lumps along the way...
