The I-70 dominated play yesterday in the opening round at Santa Fe-Alma:

Of all programs, Lexington was the saving grace for the MRVCE....
Boy's side:
St. Paul 61, Carrollton 27.....................one sides as the score indicates
Concordia 70, Higginsville 54.............back & forth for a while before Con. started raining threes
Lexington 67, Santa Fe 54...................solid win for Lexington but SF is down this year
Wellington-Napoleon 58, Knob Noster 35.....Knob is young but will be good soon unless the airforce transfers 'em out
Girls side:
Wellington-Napoleon 75, Knob Noster 21....ouch
Santa Fe 55, Higginsville 47.................this one was back and forth all game until early 4th quarter
Lexington 52, Concordia 36
St. Paul 51, Carrollton 50.....somewhat suprising, Carr. seems to be very up and down these last couple years
