MRVC East/West Pick Em week 5

Its that time of the year again folks!!! And thus starts the 3rd annual MRVC Pick Em!! I have decided to include challenges now. They will provide a way to possibly break up some of the ties we had from the previous weeks. All picks are due by kickoff of each game. So there is a chance of a Thursday and/or Saturday game during the regular season. Picking the correct winning team is worth 10 points and correct scores are 5. Ill try and have results posts earlier this year. Good luck!.

The historical facts and odds with those kids. Didn't realize you could bring back Sean Ransburg to play in the next OT game? Didn't realize any of those kids or coaches or teams could come back and participate in the next OT game? Maybe I'm wrong?

Well here is a fact you seem to have overlooked from last year's game. The Class 4 POY didn't play. He was their kicker. I bet if he played Harrisonville wouldn't have had to go for 2 after every score. By the way Ransburg only played in 1 of the 10 OT games. That would be the 2006 Semifinal vs. St. Plus X. He was on the team as a freshman for the 2004 double OT loss to MICDS in the Show-Me Bowl, but never saw the field.

I like Harrisonville. But stating historical facts about teams that will never play again has nothing to do with this season.
