In 344 MLB plate appearances since 2008, Big Johnson has hit .185. This is almost unimaginable.

The Cardinals designated SS Aledmys Diaz for assignment, I guess to make room on the 40-man roster for Johnson. He was injured a lot last year and it was hard to see what all the hype was about.

Jacob Wilson was a spring training non roster invitee and played 1st, 2nd, SS, 3rd, LF, and RF while putting on good power displays before being promoted to Memphis. Not a lot of time to see a trend at Memphis yet but he is a versatile player with power.
