Looked hung over (after 11 days one would think that impossible but it is not) after what could be a season defining loss vs. Denver Week 2. I will tell you this......................a certain #1 overall pick the first year of the Andy Reid et al regime is flat out becoming a PROJECT and the Chiefs are flat out bewildered by it. It got so bad that Week 1 suspended Shawn Smith called him out on twitter calling him a "chump" and stated he was "afraid of facing JJ Watt". Guys like this tend to split lockerrooms and, while he CERTAINLY is not the only issue the Chiefs currently have, the folks at One Arrowhead Drive would be very wise to "cut their losses, eat their pride and release him". And I am not even going there with ole Alex Smith after tonight...............Worst game ever. KC can't cover, can't block and can't stop the run. They can't run it or throw it. Other than that the games is awesome for GB.
A little of both. Clearly the Chiefs offense has real problems. The Chiefs should have a strong defense, missing two starting corners hurt the Chiefs and Rodgers let em know it. Once Smith returns and if the injury last night isn't too bad, the D will be amazing.Let's keep it simple... Are the Packers that good or are the Chiefs that bad ?
Chiefs not very good.KC has played a brutal 3 game schedule against two teams with historic dlines in Houston and Denver and a future HOF QB who in his career has lost like 5 games at Lambeu Field. Denver should have been a W. Can't put that on Alex that was my boy Jamaals loss. Alex is what he is and what he has always been a check down QB who doesn't like taking much risk. Although still a very tough schedule left it should still be a little easier here out. Very very young online isn't helping and two starting corners out would haunt any team playing against Peyton or Rodgers.
