What a joke, I have a child who is trying to claim they get up in the morning and calls all day long and never gets an answer. What a joke, the office is closed there is nothing you can do.

We have thought about it. One morning me, my wife, and my child all got up and starting calling just a bit before 8, all of us called solid for one hour and never got thru. Lucky my child lives with me, so they have food and shelter. But what if she was one of the several that didn't. She did it on line but they say something is wrong and they have to call in to get fixed. Well crap if you cannot call in this is ridiculous.
