One thing we can count on is upsets in district play all across Missouri. Many things can cause upset. Here are a few example.
1. New players added to rosters--( Example Riverview Gardens )
2. Injuries to key personnel
3. Tradition kicks in
4. Bad offensive night ( All teams have them )
5. Great executed game plans
6. Luck and the breaks go to the opposing team
7. Teams just not ready to play
8. Tumoil on team
9. Others
Class 4 district 6--Jennings 18-2 should get the top seed. Jennings has not lost since the Meramec Christmas Tournament ( Webster 50-43 and CBC 62-51 ) Jennings has won 10 straight since 12-30-15.
Riverview Gardens 12-10 have 3 players illegible @ the semester. Since the eligibility of these players the Rams have won 8 of 9 games ( Riverview Lost to Hazelwood Central 64-62 ). Riverview has a 6'9" and two 6'7 impact players.
Class 4 district 6 will be played @ Normandy. I'm not saying but the possibilities are there.
Can we name other districts in all 5 classes where the field could get the upset on the top seed?
