Do you think the people working at the food processing plants in Mississippi who were picked up by ICE while at work are bad people who are damaging our country?

I heard today the people working in the factories there came there on work visas and it is up to the company to make sure they stay current. I assume it's that ay with all situations like that but I had not heard the companies that hire them are supposed to keep them up to date on it.
