I noticed looking through Miller's Twitter feed that one of their best players (Hancock) hasn't been listed as a leading scorer since December 10th. Is she hurt?

No she is fine. She just hasn’t scored a bunch the last few games. She still runs the team. She had had a ton of assists and steals the last few games though. Miller only had 6 girls today against Conway. Their big girl is out several more weeks.

I have heard some say that Miller could go from having a chance to win a state title for the next 2 years to having trouble fielding a team the next.

They have another good group in 7th grade. They will have plenty of girls in a few years.

Hadlock has distributed the ball very well lately which has produced other girls points. Each girl can get hot at any minute which everyone knows is Hadlock when she needs to be. Probably the most balanced team Miller’s had in awhile. Just like FTballfan16 said they will be fine in the future. They might not have big numbers right now but things are set to where they will be pretty good for quite awhile.

Nice win. These girls first win against WG. Helton was Tournament MVP. She had 83 points in the tournament. Her and Hadlock play really well off each other.

Seems like a mistake. They could have said no. Carl Junction has always said no because they wanted the players to have Christmas break off.

They were in the pink and white in 17 and 18. I assume they like playing in the WG classic. I know it’s no pink and white but like someone had posted it had 6 state ranked teams in it. Their schedule is already tough enough. They go to Crane then to Strafford this coming week.
