Miller vs Skyline, Butler vs Eldo

That’s funny. Was surprised by Adrian score. Did you watch the game? Did they play bad or is Crest ridge pretty good?
I didnt catch the game. Watched on prepcasts a bit today. Looks like they dug a hole in 2nd q and couldn't quite close it out.

If Leeton would have pulled off a comeback would 50 highway have been the new SWMO border?

Additionally, I've reached out to Adrian and Lockwood's own Jeremy Neely to write a sequel to his book "The Border between Them" to look at what constitutes SWMO and Midwest Mo... instead of Missouri and Kansas. Awaiting the response.

Sounds like you really need to get a hold of the Springfield area media and let them know that they don't need to cover Eldo or the other teams up around highway 54 any more.

Seriously, anyone with a semblance of common sense can look at a map of Missouri and deduce that Highway 54 from the Kansas border to about Camdenton would constitute the best partial northern boundary for SWMO. Especially when the region's largest city is about halfway between 54 and the Arkansas border.

Missouri is 300 miles long from north to south. 54 from Kansas border to the east over to Camdenton is just barely over 100 miles north of the Arkansas border.

So there you go. I feel like picking low hanging fruit today, so thank you for that :Do_O

Christ, we've gone over this at least three times. If you want SWMO to have 54 highway as a dividing line that is fine. That said, El Dorado Springs High, would be Mid Mo then... as it sits approximately 2500 feet NORTH of 54 highway.
I've yet to read anywhere that says these geographic restrictions impact media coverage.

At this point, based on your exhaustive research, to include Eldo would be gerrymandering in the purest form.

I've reached out directly to the new superintendent. He's informed me they'd like to be considered Midwest Mo.

Well, we certainly wouldn't want the SW Missouri media to have to drive that extra 2500 feet (and it's actually more like 500 feet) to get to Eldo High School, would we? :(

This is being technical to the extreme, isn't it?

El Dorado Springs, should have their own geographical region. They don't get media coverage by either region you guys keep arguing about. If they did, someone should've been at the game against Nevada. At the time, the #6 team in Class 4 against the #9 team in Class 3. The game goes to OT, with ElDo winning by 1 and not a mention of the game anywhere, but in the Nevada newspaper.

A motion has been put on the floor to make a new region to include Nevada, ElDo, Northeast Vernon County and Liberal in their own "silo of sadness"... is there a second?

But.... the school is in the NW corner of Cedar county. 90% of the county and kids attending Eldo live south of HWY 54.

We can settle this argument with referees......which association sends officials to Eldo?
