Haven’t seen EB play but have heard they are outstanding. The group of seniors they have, I personally coached against 3rd-6th grade. And they were tough. My group at WP beat them most of the time. But I thought they had potential in the future. But I never saw this happening

Miller is definitely not a #1 team in the state. They are in a serious funk and if they don’t fix how they run their offense won’t be around in the playoffs long. Incredibly frustrated with our coach choosing to just go 1 on 1 every possession instead of running a true offense.

U do know who she is right? She went 1 on 1 every play in HS. Actually more like 1 on 5 and averaged like 40ppg.

Yes I am aware. Miller is just struggling to make shots right now. They will be fine come districts.

That's a tough district to get out of. Miller, Skyline, Ash Grove, even Weaubleau.

Whoever wins that district will probably have to get through Adrian in sectionals, they are 16-2 and appear to be pretty good, but not sure about the caliber of competition they've played.

Sounds like maybe East Buch can hang with the SWMO juggernauts.

EB has size and experience and with most of the good SWMO teams being younger and smaller, this might be their year.

Same thing applies to South Calloway in Class 3.

South Calloway is super tough. Provided they remain injury free, I look for them to make some real noise in the state tournament.
Another Central Missouri team that can give every SW Mo team a run for their money is California. If they keep playing like they have been recently, very few teams will be able to stop them.

SWMO has a few good teams like most areas in the state. Who knows who will come out on top this year. It’ll be fun to follow the brackets.

I think Skyline is playing really well. Hartville vs Blue Eye will be really good quarterfinals game. I think you have about 6-7 teams that have a chance to win Class 2. It’s wide open this year. My Favorite going in though would be Skyline.
