Losing twice to this terrible Ravens team and probably not making the playoffs again is just plain awful with the talent he has been provided. He needs to go.

Steelers Defense isnt very good as in ranked 23rd. Offense is potent enough to overcome that but theyve had alot of injuries on O throughout the season. Offense would be scary for anyone but with that anyone can score on them as well. The coach noone talks about is Coughlin. Make the Superbowl, suck, suck, suck make the Superbowl, suck, suck. I hate hearing how they owe him. Its New York, media market of the world he needs canned I hate seeing the stupid faces he makes...
I'd say anybody who says Tomlins should be fired without any other context or background to this season should have their posting rights revoked.
It would have to get a lot worse for the Steelers to justify firing Tomlin. Over the long term the Steelers philosophy of loyalty has served them well.

He gets credit for being the head coach and going 11-5 in 2012 even though he missed 12 games. Actually is around .612 and a record of 3-3 in the playoffs in a weak conference. Tomlin is 5-4 with two trips to the SuperBowl and one Championship plus his sideline interfernce plays are legendary.
Should be fired for sure now, especially since he made the play offs again..
Two coaches who are getting fired this year that are getting screwed:
Chuck pagano - reasons previously stated and piss poor preformance by Luck prior to Luck injury.. Not a good way to win games.
Mike Pettine - he has got screwed from the get go when he openly said he did not want to take Johnny football, but the football Savvy owner was so in love with him and the money he'd bring in through merchandise and ticket sales that he drafted him anyways.. That has been nothing but trouble and a complete and total waste of a 1st round pick. The Browns a competent QB away from being a competitive team.
Coughlin is expected to retire, but whoever is in charge of the personnel in NY should be fired.. The Giants roster is not very good.. Coughlin is a very good coach.
