How is this about Black Oppression by America the reason Kaepernick kneeled ...... The LEO where all Black the victim black, the Police Chief is a Black Women, the City is 65% black, Near 60% of the Police force is Black, 8 of the City Council members are Black as is the chairman and 5 are white ....I'd say that if anything that proves that Kaepernick is 100% wrong and ignorant. See in America you can have a City that freely and rightly elects Black People to govern the local govt. per the election process and they hire Black People to enforce the law as well.
If Kaepernick was correct in his stance this would not be possible as the Power elite whites would oppress the black majority and maintain power and control....... they haven't and they don't. So nope no oppression going on in 2023.
The initial confrontation appears to be within the norm... the victim didn't submit to police force and Resisted and then Ran.... You do those two R's and bad stuff tends to happen because Adrenaline and Emotion run rampant.
Once the Victim was apprehended again .....what went on was Beyond the Pale and clearly borders on Torture and ended up being murder. Continuing to kick and beat a person in handcuffs is so Criminal words can't describe it... well maybe if he was a child Molester he might of warranted that but it appears he is just a FedEX worker who liked to skateboard.

For someone who thinks they can read minds, its incredible you can’t see the systemic racism police departments and the justice system in general have toward black men, which is what Kaepernick’s taking a knee was all about. Your hatred shines thru. You imply that the cops being black makes it untrue here. What a simpleton.
The police have a dislike for Criminals of all Races. They battle them on a daily bases.

Black men commit more crime than any other demographic in the nation per capita. Hence they run into the law and the system at a higher rate.
The reason is because they live in Social Economically depressed house holds and Neighborhoods. If we would actually work on fixing that issue then the problem goes away. But instead we want to blame the front line workers and the justice system for being racist.
