McFadden headed to the "boys"

eh....who knows. Murry did alright running behind the Cowboys line, and he HAS NO SPEED AT ALL. Murry was a pounding back who could break tackles beyond the line of scrimmage. However, much like Murry, if McFadden can stay healthy it will be interesting to see what he can do with some actual blocking. With some of the holes Murry ran thru last year, a back with a little speed and quick feet might actually break a few long runs.
Oh sure, Joseph Randel had some nice runs last season also for the Cowboys, but those runs only happened when someone waved a free pack of Underware in the End Zone for him too run to. :-(

Honestly, I think Jerry Jones is just covering his bases with the McFadden signing. Besides, one of, and possibly all three of the best backs in this years draft could fall to the Cowboys at the #27 pick if they desire to take one.
Well, that is If Jerrah dont trade that pick in a package deal for Adrian Peterson anyway. :-(

I am a HUGE McFadden fan; I was saddened by the fact that he was drafted by the Raiders and have been counting down the days until he finally got out of there...

...I think people forget how good he was in College; he will impress behind that Dallas O-Line for sure.

I think he has a great chance to turn his career around here. but like I.......and most everyone else in the world is saying........"If he can just stay healthy". Lets face it, the Dude has a "BURST" that Murry never will have.

Besides, the Cowboys offence has been pretty dang good for the past 2 or 3 years, mostly with out Murry. The availible Cap Money needs to be spent shoring up that Defence. Pass rushers and Pass defenders are needed WAY MORE than a Running Back.

Let's not kid ourselves. Murray is a better RB than McFadden but this move does save cap money and my guess is that Dallas is likely to draft a RB. I think Gordon or Gurley would fit in pretty well with the Cowboy's offense.
