Everyone knows (if educated) that monthly deficit figures aren't indicators. Anual figures are what matter.
You guys claim everything that comes up that is NOT good for Trump just doesn't really matter, its; something else that does because that something else is down the road somewhere. Do you really think the budget deficit will be better at the end of the year?

I did not say Trump isn't a big spender.
I did say Monthly deficits are a poor gauge and they are. Revenues in certain months are always way higher than average as are expenditures. My point is that Veer and all the other libs on here are looking for gotcha's instead of fair criticism. Revenues are up under Trump and spending is simply on a runaway path no matter who the President is. Show me what Trump has done to increase spending greatly. Remember, revenues are up so don't try the tax cuts argument.

They're ALL liberal spenders. What's your point. If Republicans had been running as the party of fiscal responsibility it would be one thing. I've heard NOTHING about balancing the budget or reducing the debt from either party in 20 years. This is a dead issue.

I reckon you should do some homework on the matter. Trump DID say he would get rid of the deficit, during his time as president and might even do it in his first term. I'll take bets on it NOT happening in his 1st term, or even his 2nd, 3rd or 4th he seems to think should be able to have.
