Every relief pitcher has thrown in at least 3 games with Bowman on his way to having his arm Mathenized ala Siegrist and Maness. EXCEPT Mike Mayers hasnt appeared. Everyone raved at his high 90s stuff this spring. Why is he on the roster if you are going to wear out Bowman as he sits there?

If you can't put in Mayers when you pull your starter in the fourth inning, yeah, I don't get the point of him being on the roster either. Bring up another position player with some skill that adds value to the club.

I also really wonder about Munoz's readiness for the majors, which makes me doubly want another position player on the roster
