Maryville at Blair Oaks

Thoughts and opinions on this game? Think it will be a good one.

On on the fence. Depends what kind of team Blair Oaks is. If they are mostly a fast athletic team I think Maryville wins. But if they are a physical run it down your throat type team Blair Oaks wins.

Closest comparison I can find is a strech in Kirksville. Chillicothe/Maryville similar teams. Chillicothe beat Kirksville by a bigger margin then Blair Oaks did.

Kirksville was the 1st game of the year for Blair Oaks they were still working out the kinks. Blair Oaks is a spread offense kind of team. They have 4 very good receivers all over 500 yards receiving and a couple very good running backs. Qb is a special player. Should be a heck of a ball game

That was my original thinking but Blair Oaks handled the team they played from STL with ease.

I wouldn't exactly say with ease but MSB had no answer for the B O passing game.

Blair Oaks also was stopped 4th & goal twice, once on 1 yard line and another at the 2 yard line.

Saw Blair Oaks play Mexico. Their QB throws darts all over the field.Bet they passed 75% of the time. Weather at Faurot could have an effect.

A neutral field somewhere in KC on a Saturday would be more ideal for fans. 4 hr drive otherwise.
