There will be a new champion this year. Glasgow was the defending champs and had won 8 of the last 9 Marceline Tournament titles coming into the tournament.
Milan and Putnam County play Thursday which will be a preview of the January 23 game between the two which may be for the GRC East championship. Milan will try to keep their unbeaten season in tact.

Glasgow 70 Schuyler County 39 (Consolation Semifinals)
Milan 72 Putnam County 47 (Championship Semifinals)
Milan with a 17-0 run in the 2nd quarter after Putnam had tied the game at 10. Milan's press giving Putnam a lot of problems. Milan with a big statement. Putnam will play them again, but if Milan keeps playing like this, they will be playing for the GRC championship on February 2.

Macon 55 Meadville 38 (Championship Semifinals)
Saturday's games:
Marceline 56 Glasgow 44 (Consolation)
Putnam County vs. Meadville (3rd Place)

If Milan plays like they did on Thursday, I think they win this game.
