By claiming the property is valued at $1.8 billion, given a slightly less than 1 percent property tax rate in Florida, the Trumps could owe approximately $15-18 million a year in property taxes instead of the fraction of that they paid.

In 2020, Trump fought the assessed value of 26.6 Million for the property saying that was way too high. 1.8B vs 26M.

He is basically admitting his guilt. The absurdity of this man’s actions is mind boggling.

He defrauded banks. He defrauded the government. His entire life is a fraud.
