The poise this kid had in the 4th quarter was something else. He's going to be a big time football player. Now if they could only get him a defense.

Their defense is just terrible. I would like to know how many missed tackles there were in that game???? No excuse for being that bad

The Broncs actually did run the ball - extremely effectively - throughout the game. Some guy with an reddish afro named Lindsay. Impressive talent.
Bob Sutton!!!

I thought the 2003 defense was the worst i had seen on an NFL football field. But that last night was pretty bad...the missed tackles and pulling up from a hit. Honestly, the need some high school coaches to go back to the basics.

I can only imagine how hype this season would have been had the NFL done the right thing a couple of year ago and honored their bylaws by blocking Krookne's bid to move the Rams to LA from StL.

StL Rams and the KC Griefs would have been the talk of Missouri and the NFL.

Donks Rushing ( 22 att. 159 yards. 7+ yards per ) Lindsay 12 for 69 or 5+ per so less than team average..., Chiefs were 26 for 142 or 5+ per.) THE VERY 1st thing I noticed was Donks 55 plays to the Chiefs 71 plays. If one D is awesome and the other horrible then why did the team with Horrible Defense get so many more plays than the team with excellent D and excellent rushing? But seriously, if Chiefs D is so bad and Broncs rushed for 7+ per play then why only 55 plays? Only 1 turnover.

Actually not the whole game. Broncos got away from the running game in the 3rd quarter. I’m saying they should have ran the ball the whole game to the level they were. Chiefs wouldn’t have controlled the clock and therefore the game.

You understand my statement. Thank you. It made no sense.

Denver was getting so many yards they didn't need many plays to score?

Delay of game? 5 yard penalty. Kid would've overcame it.

They scored a touchdown after facing 2nd and 30. Kid completed a pass left-handed to avoid a premier pass rusher.

Denver could've completed that pass down the sideline near the end. Or if they were as good as CJ they would've successfully executed that hook and ladder (lateral as I call it).

And then Mahomes would've ran the final kickoff back for a touchdown (well, maybe not).

Woulda, coulda, shoulda. Except Mahomes, who just did it.

Willard ran 56 plays to Webb's 42 and lost 41-0. Time of posession doesn't always mean alot

Stats are the most deceiving thing in football

On the subject of tackling: I’ve never understood all the weight lifting, coditionining, film study, etc in preparation then during play you sprint from one place on the field all the way to the other side to meet the ball carrier, make contact and then have the lack of discipline (laziness) to simply wrap ones ams and hands around him. The ball carrier bounces off a shoulder bump and continues down the field. Truly puzzles me.

That announcer was right on when he said if you want to be the worst defense in the league just keep doing what you’re doing.

give kc a few drafts to focus on the defensive personnel coupled with some free agent picks who want to win superbowl within a few years.

Sucks CHIEFS were trying to get Earl Thomas. He would have been a huge help, of course minus the broken leg. I knew losing #22 was going to be a problem. Still hoping they make some moves in the next two weeks. A few drafts means Kelci has two more seasons on him, also we have the QB we have always wanted to draft. Going to have to improve the OLine to keep him healthy for the next 10-15 years! Tired of great offense mediocre defense/great defense mediocre offense. Make some freakin moves now!!
