MSHSAA just can't seem to get it right. If I understand correctly, the young man has witnesses to racial misconduct.

That's what I gathered. And the video evidence we've all heard about, at least in his and his attorney's assertion, doesn't show any wrongdoing as stated by the Poo folks and the SPS review committee. That would be the same committee that had members with Poo backgrounds. All seems a tad untoward and messy. And man, given the transfers Poo has enjoyed over the years it's hard to imagine them checking the box on anyone.
History has shown that the courts have always ruled in favor of the school districts because they don't want to open that can of worms. I wonder if the college transfer portal and NIL might lead to a few decisions in favor of the kids. There are a lot of kids out there that transfer for purely athletic reasons and they are legit.
Boys there is a lot more to the story, think about it, coaches don’t lose their jobs over things like this unless there is a smoking gun. Especially one who already has a pending lawsuit. I am sure the poo must have hard evidence about wrong doing or we would have never heard about this. The lawyer for the kid is trying to try the case in public and not the courts to put pressure on the school.

That isht at Poo-land has been brooding a while now…and its about time it’s come out again…no student should have to put up with BS like that…and when the staff don’t do anything about it …then what?? I hope that athlete breaks the SPS bank!
It was so racist that he told the basketball coach he wanted to play this year (Now that there might be playing time.) Just like football!! Didn’t transfer to Glendale after JH even though they filed the transfer and spent the entire summer playing with Glendale. Clearly his playing time would've been hampered because Feuerbacher was so much better than him. So Mauk told him to stay put at Poo until he was a senior, then move. Probably shouldn’t put that stuff in writing…
