No fan should have to watch Lynn pitch and the Birds popgun offense on the same day. If Lynn is in our play off rotation we are in trouble.
 
I'm for giving him one more start towards the end of the year to see if he can turn it around (provided we have a large enough lead), but he deserves to be the odd man out right now. His performance has declined noticeably since the ASB.

You can rip me if you want, but even when he was pitching well I didn't see the fire in his belly like last year.
 
Lynn is 0-3 vs the Cubs this year with a 7+ era. The rest of the staff is 11-7 with a sub 3.00.

The only game they claim he pitched well in recently was a game where gave 3 runs early and lasted through the 6th to get the all important "quality start." He's been out of whack for a good while.

Call me cray cray...but I'm seeing this happening...Waino is the #4 starter in the playoffs, if/when the Birds make it far enough to need one.
