In the report sent to Judiciary from Intelligence It points to damning phone calls from Rudy Giuliani to the White House Office of Managment and Budget.
Trouble is that phone number is only one of a bank of lines into the White House Switchboard and it’s impossible to even tell what phone the call might have came from, much less who was actually using the telephone.
