Well, I guess we’ll never know who’d have won if Ritter met LN in Districts for a rematch. You and Ritter’s coaches can tell yourselves that a forfeited win in Week 2 is still a moral victory, while Lutheran North advances thru the postseason.
If he does, he’ll sit until MSHSAA clears him. Then you can bitch about how unfair it is, and I’ll get to laugh at you and sweeten my coffee with your tears.

Ritter beat a LN team in Week 2 that didn’t have 3 of their best players, and that ran an entirely different offense. We’ll get to speculate on what the outcome would’ve been ... but Ritter would’ve gotten the brakes beaten off of them in the rematch. Can’t argue about which team was better in September though.
Lol. So, if LN takes care of business, there’d be TWO STL Class 2 teams that your kids couldn’t beat? According to MSHSAA, the first game was a scrimmage. State Championships aren’t handed out in September. Maybe if Ritter’s coaches had remembered that, they’d still be eligible to play when Districts starts next week?

Nope. I’d say Lutheran North is feeling pretty superior, judging from how they chewed through Chaminade last night. If they win State this November, their plaque will say they’re undefeated. Will Webb’s say the same? You might want to review your notes so you can get back on-script to cry about how unfair it is to have to play private schools.

It wasn’t, actually. MSHSAA says Lutheran North won. Check the record. Whatever Class 2 local team you’re hoping to play Lutheran North is encouraged to prepare for Week 2 LN, instead of Postseason LN.
They don’t actually list the record on championship plaques. Ask Blair Oaks if you don’t believe me.
Their hand-picked all-star team better win state. If they don't it'll be 100% a result of being outcoached.

You’re confusing a plaque with a trophy. Lutheran North has several of both. I compared them to Trinity’s, Ladue’s, Vianney’s and CBC’s from last year.

That’s an interesting perspective ... that not winning State, or a certain number of games, “holds them back”. I suppose when you set your goals beyond high school, you view life a little differently.

They don’t have several championships. They don’t even have one. They got several playoff losses in the last well several years.
You should recheck your facts, Bucko. Other than Blair Oaks, no one else in Class 2 has hung a State Championship ANYTHING in football for 7 years. Advancing to the Quarterfinals and Semifinals for multiple consecutive years are accomplishments. They get recognized at Lutheran North ... just like the college scholarships to play football and the signings of National Letters of Intent, do.
