I am more inclined to believe the double dip theory than the Helias theory. It just makes more sense. He wouldn't even have to move from North KC.

Coach Bouchard is a class act. He loves kids, he loves coaching. Many, many, many people have gone across the border to other states to coach after retirement. I applaud him for coming back to the profession and molding young men. Glad to see him back.

Helias would be double dipping also. They are private and don't pay into the Missouri Teacher Retirement.
