THE OZARKS
I will say that Richmond are the favorites in this one, but a very intriguing matchup.
For the conference championship.
thoughts??

I'm all aboard the Minuteman train now. Cogan will be cursing in Sabanese and lighting the Spartans world up. Johnny Taylor will be throwing bombs all night and the Bulld.. i mean Spartans will be retreating to Athe... Richmond licking their wounds from defeat.

Bedtime stories are a odd thing to post on a football forum.

I still see Richmond as the favorites here. I think it’s going to be a very competitive game but it just depends upon who plays defense better.
both teams are loaded with athletes.

casual observer but would agree, on paper it looks like Richmonds game to lose, especially at home. Believe this is for the MRVCE title outright? not sure with covidness

Agree. Richmond's to lose. Johnny Taylor is dangerous, but, Keyshaun Elliot is even more dangerous with the ball in his hands. If Richmond is back to full strength, I'll take the Spartans every single day. MRVC East has been fun this year at the QB position with Elliot, Taylor, and the Claud kid from Carrollton.

I agree. It’s going to be interesting to see if the weather plays a factor into the game.
It’s supposed to rain this morning in Lexington and then be in the 40s most of the day and down into the 30s by 830-9 PM.
Could be a soggy one.
LMAO.. in almost every game of Chillicothe at Richmond (most of them playoffs) the weather has ranged from a steady light rain to a tropical monsoon one year when there were more people in the press box than there were in the stands lol

I can see the Chillicothians now, scrambling to get the T tops back on the car and griping about the hairspray running into their eyes.

My son had an old coach who would say (with respect to speed teams in cold wet weather), "If they can't fly - they can't sting."

When I was in school I played in a game that was light raining on and off throughout the night in an undisclosed town in NWMO and had two different 45 min lightning delays I believe and the game didn’t end until around midnight, maybe a little after. And about 3-4 of us fell over with leg cramps climbing the hill to the locker room after the game. I remember getting helped up the hill by some of the freshman so I could get on flat ground and stretch the cramp out hahaha. Tired, muddy, wet, drenched in sweat, cramping. That’s high school football.

and it’s Friday ladies and gentlemen!

Is there a stream? I’d love to watch it while watching my boy play.

TD Richmond. 2 point good.
32-16 Richmond.
the quarterback for them is just running up the middle for 3 yards a carry and the defense can’t stop him.
