I don't see Maryville hosting Lutheran North. Lutheran will play on the road in the Quarters (Scott City/Caruthersville), as will Maryville. With the top half tiebreaker, Lutheran North hosts as they each have 3 hosted games to their credit.

If it's Lathrop, they will host due to the hosting less games aspect of the rule, unless they play SCA in the quarters. Lathrop would host SCA (hosted one less game), and then go on the road to Lutheran due to hosting in the last round aspect of the rule.
