After what they did to Carl Junction no doubt...................five in a row looks in the bag with a turbo early in the 2nd half.31 to 0 Lamar watching on line Lamar is very very good, their offensive scheme
is amazing. Malden very good class 2 team but Lamar is many steps above any
class 2 team in state. They would do well in any class
Lamar is very fun to watch. They really make you think twice about the significance (or not) of the class system. They would kick a lot of butt any class. After what they did to Carl Junction no doubt...................five in a row looks in the bag with a turbo early in the 2nd half.
Total mismatch, Malden would struggle in a lot of other class 2 leagues.
It's not really that moronic.. 14-0 in southeast Missouri isn't necessarily hard to do. Malden is an above average class two team.. But they might have only won one game in districts 7 or 8 and that would be if the were playing Knob Noster...Really ? 14-0 going into title game and you say "Malden would struggle in a lot of other class 2 leagues" ?
Absolutely Moronic statement.
They beat a very good Palmyra team, granted at home. I don't think that's too shabby. It's not really that moronic.. 14-0 in southeast Missouri isn't necessarily hard to do. Malden is an above average class two team.. But they might have only won one game in districts 7 or 8 and that would be if the were playing Knob Noster...
I only state this because you asked, but the answer you are looking for would be the Big 8 Conference. They would struggle to finish the season at .500.I am not a Malden fan. But the statement was assenine.
Tell me what Class 2 Conference they would not be competive in ?
That is the statement i initially responded to ?
I stand by my initial statement.
It's our class 2 conference.Froto, the Big 8 is not a Class 2 conference. Lamar is the only Class 2 school in the league. The rest are 6 Class 3 and 1 Class 4. So the Big 8 is a Class 3 conference.
