Congrats to Lamar. Definitely a defensive battle. They made the plays in key moments. Had a great game plan with 9 in the box against the Nevada running attack.

Both defenses were great.
Lamar bottled up the pass as well.
Nevada might have had more yards of total offense but never could finish a drive.
Ngugi on the punt return was electric, I’m surprised he doesn’t get the ball in space more often.
Cheaney busted 1 big run and Lamar safety saved a TD.
Other than those two plays it was good ole fashioned steel curtain type football.
