Per Cape/CBS news a few minutes ago one of the dead is the shooter who turned the gun on himself. Some of the 9 injured are serious. It has become a very strange world we live in. Now they say 3 confirmed dead.

Duck you are right something has to change. We just don't have enough good people with guns to take care of the bad guys with guns. If we arm everybody I think killings by gun would go down. It only makes sense! After all guns don't kill people!!!

Can't really find anything on the "teabagger front" but from what I can gather, he used a legally purchased weapon even though he had a "history" of mental illness.

This is wrong. Why can someone with a "history" of mental illness legally buy a firearm?

Only thing that makes sense is if he purchased the weapon before he had a "history".

Soon one of these tragic shootings is going to happen and 25 members of the redneck mafia will pull out their legally purchased handguns they are legally carrying and all hell will break loose. 26 untrained people with guns will be firing randomly in a crowded room, it will be impossible to identify the bad guy and the results will be unbelievably tragic. This of course won't wake up the gun nuts to the negative possibilities because the one lucky shooter who got the bad guy (along with a pastor, two teachers, and a young marine) will be touted as a hero who stopped a mass shooting because he was carrying a weapon
