Depends. Did he legit move from one boundary to the other? If the AD deemed it wasn’t for athletics then there isn’t much anyone can do about it. I mean shouldn’t matter anyway. Public schools don’t cheat or recruit.
Springfield use to have open enrollment but when you went to high school you were there. Kickapoo you actually had to live in school boundaries.
Yeah I had heard they had open, but so does that mean coaches can openly recruit, since it doesn't matter where you go?

Could their parent possibly be a school district employee that's going to be assigned to Glendale in the upcoming school year?
His family could have just simply moved across boundaries too in a family relocation. Could be a situation completely within the rules without any being nefarious or any school trying to get a leg up.
