averaging a coach a year over the past six seasons.

Driscoll... "One of my toughest experiences I've faced as a coach," Driscoll said "Career wise, when they feel like you don't do a good job and want someone else."

ctd... "I know it's been tough for them going through a few coaches the last few years," he mentioned, "and that's especially hard for girls.

"We're like car salesmen. We have to sell our philosophy and our program. They've had so many coaches, and they have to let that go. Turn the page and we'll just have to get it figured out and just let the girls buy in."

2013-14 HC James Halitzka, Kennett moved to SEMO Conference.

2012-13 HC Rod Baxter, Kennett's last season in Bootheel Conference.

2011-12 HC Spencer Hoffman

2009-10 district champions. HC Casey Bunting

Also, besides nearly $38,000 what is the difference in positions between Assistant Superintendent/Athletic Administrator (Brandon Jones) and sports director (Laura Ort)? An advanced (Education Specialist) degree?

The people who run HS sports and the people they listen to have become a sick joke. Coaches should get three years minimum unless they commit some kind of crime. Nowadays virtually every parent, booster, staff member, and administrator thinks they can get their way, and it's turned into anarchy.

The same 2 people have been in control of the Kennett hire/fire for the past 5 years. It 'may' change once 2 girls graduate. There is a team in the hallways of Kennett that could beat the entitled group. Such a shame to see our girls go through this. My daughter hates it.

IF this is true then hats off to the coach for having the guts to tell them to stick it. I know it hurts the girls but sometimes you have to let em know.
