heard rumors about this, trying to clarify..

Only way this happens is if they change the numbers for classification. Or they put into play the rule that moves teams up a class dependent on their continued success at their current class. I know they are having meetings last week and this week, maybe this was brought up during those???

I heard WEBB was building a new school across the street from the present one. With that JROD will have an A team that will play Class 2 to compete with Lamar and a B team to play for the Class 3 title. He only wants to coach for a few more years and wants those coach of the year trophys two at a time...

Only way this happens is if MSHSAA blows up current format and goes to 7 classes of 48 like a few have advocated.

If the current systems stays the same then Kearney and Webb City stay in class 4 and a handful of teams from the bottom of Class 5 drop down into class 4.

What is funny is that I have heard people actually suggesting that wc WILL soon be adding a second "Webb City North" high school at that location because of all the growth in that rural part of the district around Oronogo.
