Kearney is well coached. The kids believe in winning and will play up to the competition. They have rolled the first 4 games. Beating Fort, RS, GV and Tonka. Liberty North can't get out of their own way. Terrible showing against Staley and Liberty, narrowly beating Raytown and Truman. LN victories are against teams Kearney would roll. Kearney 42 Liberty North 21.

I sure hope you are right just think the jury is out....................Fort O barely got by the worst C5 program in NWMO and lost to a Truman squad who has been rolled by Chrisman and Raytown. Grandview and Tonka are winless and Ray South just lost to Belton, a team that was a no-contest vs. Liberty.
Not disagreeing, just saying...
01) Kearney will see this game as a playoff.
02) Kearney shows up for playoff games. Specially those games where they were embarrassed the year before.
03) If they lose it will not be because LN beat them. Kearney will have beaten themselves.

I've seen Kearney play. I've seen Liberty North play. Kearney by 21. The only thing that could keep it close is Redmond breaking one or two long ones. LN's QB will be the third best passer on the field. Unless it's different from the Liberty game, LN slumbers on O. Too one dimensional. The kind of thing Jones and his staff will fiest on.

kearney gave up 21 points to ray souths offense, and Belton gave up a late 4th quarter touchdown thats it, watch out for belton....

We shall see. I saw nothing resembling that kind of defense in the Liberty game I was able to watch front to back on TV rebroadcast last month. Still, the way this season is going, who the heck knows?

I'm not saying they will lose just wouldn't be surprised if it is a low scoring, defensive contest.
Kearney QB #1 120.6 QB Rating with 66% completions. QB#2 97.6 rating with 71% completions Liberty North 54.2 QB rating with 43% completions. Watching both teams, it was obvious. And no, Fort actually had a decent rush. Don't blame the competition. It is obvious if you have seem them play. LN got nothing done on Liberty in the second half. The run was all they had. One guy--Redmond. This may be a 24 point spread.

Liberty wins if Kearney goes minus 5 turnovers and their #1 and #2 QBs are out the game. Similar to last year.
Other than the first couple years of LN opening this game has been very entertaining. Seems to be close when it should not. This LN team will make it ugly that is for sure. Keaney wins
Heard that the starting QB is hurt and will not be at 100% for Kearney game.
