If Kearney cannot handle this team the season is all formality from here on out. Frankly I have them on cruise control until Grain Valley and Smithville come calling. This one's going to be a dog fight when they resume (11 am tomorrow.) Grandview's speed is problematic for K-town.
Just the fax must not be watching the game. Kearney D dominate minus 1 miscue on a ball down the seam to the big TE/WR (blocked a fg on that drive). Offense needs to finish drives (could be 21-0 easy). And it wasnt halftime.
17-14 Kearney final................give Grandview credit they gave max plus effort today. Hard team to figure!14-14 Headed to OT. I guess you called this one a lot better than I saw it guru.

Record aside Grandview played a Grain Valley team that SHOULD have won at Platte County last week and had its chances vs. Smithville to a 6-3 result. They should definitely be considered as an "any given game" shot in Class 4 District 7.Obviously a funky game with the delay, but agreed - give Grandview credit, they had to ride a bus home last night and then get up early and do it again today....and give Kearney credit for coming thru when they had to. Grandview has some size and athletes, it just never gets utilized (on the east side of the state, some of that talent would get recruited & developed.)
