The biggest fly in this ointment is, obviously, the need for elected politicians to approve it. Hell, those people can't keep roads paved or supply enough money for public education. After all, Dorothy left Kansas for a reason. Didn't she?

at the same time though it would be hard not to pass it when a majority of the state is small rural communities as opposed to major metropolitan areas

The creation of a private division next to us could in theory lead to a split with kshsaa then siphon away any private schools who wanted to split from mshsaa and join that division
