Just watched the Webb/Nixa game

First Half
Webb= receives to start the game. They go 3 & out and punt.

Nixa= TD Pass to Kael Combs, XP Good. 7-0 Eagles

Webb= drive the field then turnover on downs inside the Nixa 5

Nixa= Punt

Webb= Drives the field and scores, XP blocked. 7-6 Nixa

Nixa= Another pass to Combs for a TD. XP good. 14-6 Eagles with 1:07 left in 1st Half

Webb= kick return all the way to the Nixa 20. Pass TD to Washington, 2 point run stuffed. 14-12 Nixa with :24 left in half.

Nixa= Kneels it out to half.

Second half
Nixa= Nixa goes to power I inside the 30, 220 lb LB Jaden Aven breaks 3 tackles on a 20 yard TD run, XP good. 21-12 Nixa

Webb= punts on a 3 & out(I’m pretty sure)

Nixa= Aven with another TD, this time from the 5 yard line. XP good. 28-12 Eagles with 3:41 left in the 3rd.

Webb= fair catch @ the 30. Webb slowly moves the ball downfield, Nixa personal foul puts the Cardinals in the red zone. Jackson w/ a 6 yard TD run. Washington score the 2 points on a reverse. 28-20 Nixa with 1:07 left in 3rd Q

Nixa= sacked on 1st down, false start on 2nd down, pass complete on next play, face mask on Webb, pass to Combs to midfield for the Eagles. Then a big 59-yard TD pass to Turner on 3rd & 15. XP blocked. 34-20 Nixa with 10:11 left in 4th Q

Webb= Washington returns kick past midfield, holding brings it back, Webb marches downfield slowly but surely, Cade Wilson punches it in, XP Good, 34-27 Nixa with 7:28 left

Nixa= Ward with a 40-yard run to the Webb 40, Jackson with the INT @ the 10 yard line for the Cardinals, returns it to midfield, block in the back against Webb brings it back to the Cardinal 32-yard line.

Webb= fumbles at the 50 yard line, Nixa recovers w/ 3:41 left in 4th

Nixa= 12-yard run by Aven into Cardinal territory, few plays later, Aven breaks free and takes it down inside the Webb 5. Aven takes it in from 4 yards out for the TD. XP good. 41-27 Nixa w/ 1:45 left in the game

Webb= drive ends with an INT by Nixa at the 20 yard line, the pick was returned all the way to the Webb 24.

Nixa kneels it out for the 41-27 win.

Nixa was in the drivers seat from start to finish. They played harder, and they had a stable of athletes that Webb just couldn’t matchup with this year.
The Webbies can complain about their defense, but honestly, the offense had a turnover on downs inside the Nixa 5, later they fumbled at midfield and lost the fumble, then also threw a pick late in the game.
thats 3 turnovers in a game you lost by 2 TDs and I know at least 2 of those turned into Nixa points on the ensuing drive.
Can’t put all the blame on the defense.
