just exactly where in our constitution is it written that person A owes person B anything because they exist? I'm trying hard to find it but am haven't had any success so far.

I thought maybe there might be a special section describing that the role of government was to provide education, healthcare, retirement, housing, food, childcare, etc.

I'm sure it was just an oversight on my part, so if anyone could help me find that specific section I would greatly appreciate it.

It was called the Farm Act of the 1930s.

US Government puts a "temporary" assistance program in place to help American Farmers.

Once program was over the assistance was taken away.

Farmers complained to their Representatives that they were "entitled" to that money.

The rest is history.

You always forget to mention subsidies for business and tax write offs for business, Tiffs ect. ect. corporate welfare is every bit as big a problem as those that you so detest.

ELIMINATE THAT TOO! No one is arguing some big government is good. National defense and border security should be the bulk of federal spending.

I thinks it's called civilization. We have highways. Did you get angry when government $ helped cured polio? Do you begrudge the city paying those silly policemen when you could protect yourself?
Pooling money from millions of people allows the government to benefit us all through economies of scale. Why are you so damn ignorant? Take an economics class. I'm sure we can build bridges between states without pooling $$$$. Right? So stupid. Your greed makes me puke.

The constitution isn't a daily guide to living.
There have been millions of laws passed in every state, county, and town to make this a more civilized nation. There are 50 states not 13 colonies. There are cars, electricity, nuclear bombs, using the "where in the constitution" line is what you say when you don't have a logical argument against something.

Public schools are one of the main concepts that made us a superior country.

"We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"

So, does Person A owe Person B something? No. Do we as a society ensure a basic standard of living? Yes. Our founding credo promotes the general welfare of everyone in our society.
