JRod sure didn't stay retired long:)

Heard early June he would still be AD. I think when you “retire” you can get hired back on after the position is open for 30 days. Couldn’t make it official until August

Can he only be AD now for 2 years? I'm thinking that you can work in Missouri schools for no more than 2 years after you retire from Missouri schools.

I believe they moved it up to 3 or 4 now. Don't worry, in a year or two they will raise it more. Kids are not going to go into teaching so they are going to ride us old folks till we keel over. Schools have champaign expectations but beer budgets.

It is 4 years if you work full time, however that only applies to teaching positions and not admin. My guess is that he is working “part time,” which he can do as long as he wants.

It was always in the plans while he grooms a replacement. It happens a lot actually in webb alone. You just hear about it.
