Says they were class 3 in Colorado. How does that compare to our class 3 schools here in Missouri? Anyone know? Bottom line, if you can coach, you can win at any level.

looks similar to class 3 in Missouri as they are using 9-12 while we use 9-11

And Sweet Smoke BBQ is a good place to eat in JC too....then hop on over for dessert at Central Dairy!!
And Arris Pizza!!.....best pizza in the Midwest!
Coached hoops with a guy in the area once. I swear, we couldn't pass Jeff on the road without getting pizza at Arris and ice cream at Central Dairy. Dude caused me to gain about 20lbs one season.

Hope he does well! As for why he'd make the move who knows. From an outsider perspective it looks like a place with potential. Is he originally from the Midwest? I know so many people who have moved to Colorado thinking they'd find an awesome 'outdoorsy' mountain life but just ended up finding excessive cost of living, crowded parks and trails, and a lacking sense of community that just felt lonely and empty.

I think liked the challenge of of making the program competitive again. That's also gonna require fixing the middle school program as well. He's around 50 years old so if hes got the energy to do it more power to him. Sounds errieely similar to Scott Bailey since GE was at Rifle HS for about 15 years and build the program up like Bailey did at Lamar and he was burn out after he took over Jeff City . Wells might be looking for more money.

Big Whiskey's now as well. Nice to get that fix as well.
Big Whiskey is Big Busty as far as food and service IMO.
