Why is this such a good move?
It's not like they recruited him hard, which means he'll never play and if he screws up once they'll screw him. I dunno why kids go to schools that show up at the end--unless you got a heck of a lot better it means they just had a scholarship open up and they wanted someone else but you are good enough to sit on the end of their bench for a couple years. It's not like ASU is any good. To me, when you go to a school like this or SEMO you'd be better off playing at a high D-II school and actually winning some games. It's not like ASU could beat Kentucky Wesleyan. (I dunno if SMS could beat KW, but that's a D-I/D-II debate and not in this topic)
