It officially got ridiculous at Mizzou

Did not think he should have come out like that when according to reports many of the players were not in agreement, but he was in a tough situation. And with the timing of this you have to wonder how much of this was on his own. With all of that said lymphoma is scary stuff, prayers his way for sure.

He said he decided after the bye week, after his PET scan. If that's the case he could have handled the players in much different manner if he knew he was going to call it quits. I am a little baffled by the timing though.

I'm sure the past few weeks made the decision a lot easier for him to focus on health then to deal with all the other crap going on. Too bad, Missouri better make a great hire or this program could go down the toilet real fast.

Come on guys... Don't be that dense.. GP was forced out by racist boosters who refused to donate money after the whole fiasco last Sunday. This is just a way for the University to Save face..

Yeah, lymphoma is just a convenient excuse.

He is a very honest man he has cancer no way you can coach
A division 1 program as demanding as that is fighting cancer
He resigned now so they can make a quick hire for recruiting,
he put the program ahead of himself. He is a very player
friendly coach supporting his players on the boycott is
what Pinkell is about.
