On its face, it is ridiculous to put a plaque the street for someone who attacked a cop.

But, you and I don't have to live there everyday. If it makes the community calmer, that's not a bad thing overall. Taking actions to reduce the tension benefits Ferguson and STL County police. I hope that's the goal here.
