Is Neshek your 8th inning guy tonight?

At least it worked out well this time, and has many more times this season than not. Duck you might recall you and I both would have had him gone from St. Louis in short order and he may have kept them in the race until they could get over the hump.

Yea. I said he wouldn't make it to June he was so bad in spring training. Ha Ha

I would've gone to CMart. But Neshek looked good. MUCH better location than his last few outings. I would've also pulled Rosie when he 2-0 to Uribe...but I might...just maybe...run a little hot and cold. Pretty sure my better half was just about ready to toss me out on my ear when the first two guys reached...Also pretty sure she may have dribbled in her drawers just a bit when the ball was about 10' off of Wong's bat. She's gotta learn, playoff baseball can be an exciting experience

The announcers were dogging Rosie for throwing change ups that got hit when it's Molina that calls the pitches and the young guys NEVER shake him off. He actually made a very good pitch on the change up that was poked into CF. You gotta give credit to the hitter when that happens. If he had swung at that pitch and missed they would have been raving about what a great pitch that was to get him off balance. Eagle it appeared he was saving Martinez to back up Rosie if needed.

Dumb luck was what that bloop to center in the 9th was. And it was also luck that 3 or 4 rockets the Cards hit were straight at gloves. The Cards could have easily had 2-3 more runs if not for the ball hitting a glove. Two back to the pitcher that they didn't even see turned into 3 outs. Lol.

These two analysts may be the worst ever. They can't wait to tell us how much smarter they are than everyone else. Harold Reynolds reminds me of Jon Gruden on MNF. Good grief just shut up and let us watch and enjoy the atmosphere.

I think it is Reynolds who is always whistling in the background. How dumb is that!
