When I think of terrorist I think of ISIS or other groups those who are willing to threaten you and boast of their success.

Most terrorist groups are willing to die for it suicide bombs etc and they are also willing to take responsibility for such deeds. Whoever is doing this is doing it at night like coward and is for sure not going to take responsibility. They don't seem to be threatening anybody and sending out videos as you put it to intimidate in the pursuit of political aims. Now if they start sending out videos threatening to burn a church every night until they get whatever they want, then yes I would say it would be terrorism.

From what I've seen on the news today Mother Nature is the most likely suspect in this case. They say there were many lightning strikes in the immediate area and that is the probable cause of the church fire. I hope if that becomes the official ruling that they don't have protestors out in the streets screaming conspiracy.

I am sure if found that lightning caused it, that some how Al Sharpton will spin to be that the lighting was racially motivated.

There were plenty of community leaders there on the ground trying to calm things. Their opinion at that time was the bad ones come out at night and there wasn't much they could do about it.
