Is a stiff arm to the breast plate OPI?

Rudolph gave the DB a stiff arm to the chest to create separation and caught the game winning TD. I love offense, but seriously.

That OPI doesn't get called in any game this year. Doesn't matter if it's preseason, week 8, or the Super Bowl. They are never calling it.

I have seen it called live multiple times this year. It hasn’t been turned over by replay, however. It was a blown call. It doesn’t change the fact Payton and Brees got their butt kicked by Zimmer and Cousins.

I love how they show just those portions of the play.

If said corner doesn't essentially grab Rudolph, interfere with his route then there is no need to push off. That never gets called.

While we are pointing out plays. What about the third down to Rudolph where the LB hooks him, not allowing him to complete his route. Very next drive the Saints score to go up 10-3. Or the hands to the face where the LT was more guilty that Griffen.

Or watch the hold on the KOR right before half.

Or even more bizarre. A freak'n camera falling on the field causing a lengthy delay right after the Vikings drove it down to the three yard line. Killing any momentum on that drive they had.

While this play was big play at that moment, it is not the reason why the Saint's lost. The Saint's lost because they got out played by the Vikes the WHOLE game. Hats off to the Vikes for showing up when nobody was giving them a chance.

the only cases where I’ve seen it overturned a couple times when it was a pick play but even some of those went uncalled.

Sometimes you really have to wonder how they overlook things

I just think this play was so complex and all over the place. So the official that is looking for the hold was so far out of position that he just did not have a good opportunity to see it. Otherwise, the refs are outstanding and rarely ever miss anything. Seriously they are HORRIBLE, have been for the last several years. Then, then when my Chiefs are about to win they will call holding on a play that was not holding all season long...or blow a QB down before he is even hit.
