They actually do not compete for State Championships at this moment. They just travel around the country and try to schedule the best. They know they are breaking the state athletic association rules. They have a model to hire the best, most connected coaches in each sport, and send as many kids as possible to D1 colleges. That is how the coaches are measured, they will always win, if kids aren't going to top colleges than the coaches are out. Saw the other day that Tennessee has offered 20 players that are currently on their football roster.
