He didn't casually load the gun.... he fumbled around with it for awhile. More than likely a illegal gun off the street. The Homeless victim was so unaware a gun would not of helped or he was trusting and knew the Criminal. But if the person videoing the murder would of had a gun he could of saved a persons life as opposed to just watching and documenting the crime casually. I would not want a unarmed person to take on a armed person..... that is why being armed is a wise course of action. Criminals don't obey the law and never will.

The concept of “more guns” making it easier for criminals to get their hands on guns, making it easier to grab a gun during a time of passion, making it easier to commit suicide, and making it easier for a kid to discharge one completely escapes the minuscule brains of those who cherish guns more than human life.
Theft and guns bought by runners/straw purchase and trafficked in for profit which is illegal and should be prosecuted. If Cities would allow gun sales they could actually control guns in a more efficient way and they should actually try and go after and prosecute straw purchases from gangs, and criminals that then resale them for criminal activity. Why they don't is sort of mind boggling.
But nope the Left's desire and thinking is that if you just Ban something the problem is solved ..... How did prohibition and the War on Drugs work out?
Make guns harder to get/ illegal will not make Millions of gun owners fall in line, and give up their guns the opposite will happen and the illegal gun trade will make the Illegal Booze and Drug trade seem minimal. As a 100% constitutional right from the Founding Fathers and Reaffirmed by the Supreme Court Gun owners are going to resist with what ever means are needed.
I mean how many states have refused to follow Federal guidelines that have been spewed out by the Oppressive ATF ilk and how many local law enforcement agency have stated they will not even enforce those laws!!!
This is a unwinnable battle for the left. But it could be the focal point of a massive division.

But the stat's don't support your idea...... There are more guns in America than people near 400 million. And gun related deaths have remained constant and crime has even went down per decade from the 70's onward.
How many passion deaths are there.... very few? Guns don't make it easier to commit suicide, buying a bottle of Tylenol, Mydol, Advil and taking enough is a easy way to kill yourself that is easier than getting a gun and if a person is on Blood Pressure Med's take a whole bottle of that and go to sleep as well. Most med's are lethal.... and easily obtained.
Guns are just a more efficient method of completing the task and Gun use in Suicide is mostly a Male thing because psychologically when a Male decides to commit suicide they are 100% committed and are not making a Plea for help as is the Norm in the female Gender. Most male suicides are not very preventable.
Do you really believe if a parent is so neglectful to allow a child to have access to a loaded weapon with ease that they are not neglectful and irresponsible parents in a whole host of area's. And do you think that a law will have any effect on those types?
You want to ban the law abiding citizens from their constitutional rights to protect a very few all the while ignoring all the lives that defensive gun use has saved. Children as well.
And let's see we have been down this road before.... Its the Blue Cities in Red states that have all the Crime.... Missouri Prime Example.. St. Louis and KC are the Blight on the state. And Hmmm those places do tend to have a high Welfare rate as well. Fact.
Yes they do and they have high violent crime rates as well and those cities are also ran by Lefties and have Lefty DA.... It's possible there is under reporting from Blue states to do policies and the people in charge, Demographic issues. and Most of All Economic benefits in the overall suburban area's.
